CFG Bank Arena is a cashless facility. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit cards are accepted. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED.
For the health and safety of all guests, and to expedite the entry process, CFG Bank Arena requests that guests follow the below policies.
If necessary, guests are permitted to bring a bag that fits within the following specifications:
- Bags must be made of a clear material
- Bags must not exceed 14” x 14” x 6” in size
- Bags must not have more than 2 pockets
- Small clutches/purses/wallets are permitted provided they do not exceed 4.5” x 6.5” with or without a handle or strap
- Non-compliant bags may not be placed into acceptable bags
- Backpacks are not permitted
- All bags are subject to screening by Security staff
Any and all bags that do not meet the criteria above will NOT be permitted into the building.
Your phone is your ticket. Add tickets to your Apple or Google wallet and transfer to friends before reaching the gate.
Mobile entry is safe, easy, and fast. Your ticket is sent straight to your mobile device from Ticketmaster. Locate your tickets in your Ticketmaster app. Show your ticket to the ticket scanner upon entry to CFG Bank Arena, your mobile ticket barcode is scanned and you’re in!
The following items are prohibited for use, possession, display, or distribution at, on, or within CFG Bank Arena:
- Professional Cameras, detachable lenses or external flash units, or recording equipment (aside from smartphones) for audio, image, or video recording purposes
- Weapons including guns, firearms, knives of any size, stunguns/tasers, bats or poles
- Noisemaking devices of any kind including whistles, air horns, vuvuzelas, and cowbells
- Laptops and tablets
- Any other item deemed inappropriate or dangerous by CFG Bank Arena, in their sole discretion
Animals unless a service animals, as defined by the American Disabilities Act
CFG Bank Arena is a Smoke Free arena. This includes but is not limited to cigarettes, e-cigs, vape pens.
There are NO designated smoking areas.
