CFG Bank Arena, is committed to accessibility, diversity, and inclusion. We are dedicated to making our products and services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We are firmly dedicated to complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

CFG Bank Arena offers wheelchair accessible and low mobility seating on each level of the venue at comparable prices and sight-lines.

Tickets for accessible seating should be purchased directly through www.ticketmaster.com by selecting the accessibility tab under the “filters” option for your preferred event.

You cannot exchange your ticket in advance. When you arrive to the Arena, you may go to the Box Office and request to be relocated to ADA seating. Standard policy is one (1) handicap seat plus one (1) guest. 

Please note: The number and types of accessible tickets vary by event.

Assisted Listening Devices are available at the Guest Services booth at Section 108. Patrons will have to leave their driver’s license or government issued ID in exchange for the listening device.


Assistive Listening Devices are available and complimentary to guests for all Arena events. 

Entry: Baltimore Lobby Doors

1st Floor: Employee Entrance and outside Fearless Club North Door.

2nd Floor: Outside Center Club in concourse and 2nd Floor west garage entrance (near ADA Section 101)

3rd Floor: Section 107 concourse and Section 118 concourse

4th Floor: Section 213 concourse and Section 201 concourse

5th Floor:  East side Party Suites and West side party suites

Baby changing tables can be found in the majority of our men’s, women’s, and family restrooms.

Concession stands and marketplaces are all accessible to guests with disabilities. Guests may request additional assistance at these locations from the nearest Arena team member.

CFG Bank Arena is proud to offer a wide variety of food and beverages throughout the venue, including gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options. Guests are not permitted to bring outside food or beverages into CFG Bank Arena. 

CFG Bank Arena recognizes that some Guests may have specific/special dietary needs due to medical conditions or  religious requirements. Please contact Guest Services by emailing guestservices@cfgbankarena.com prior to their event for accommodations.

CFG Bank Arena has elevators available to ticket holders and guests with disabilities on the East, West and North sides of the building. Check with a nearby Guest Services member for assistance.

You can enter CFG Bank Arena via entrances on all sides of the building. 

  • Hopkins Plaza – Main Lobby
  • Baltimore Street
  • Fearless Club – must have a valid Fearless Club upgrade ticket to enter here
  • Garage 2nd Level, East and West – Premium ticket holders ONLY
  • Garage 3rd Level, East – Section 124 and West – Section 101
  • Howard Street

 

All entry ways with the exception of Howard Street are accessible to our guests with disabilities. 

A Guest Service booth is located on Level 3 at Section 108.

Guests may request an American Sign Language interpreter by contacting the Guest Services Department at adaseating@cfgbankarena.com
 
We request that guests provide advance notice at least fourteen (14) business days prior to the event date to schedule an ASL Interpreter. Requests made with less notice unfortunately do not guarantee an interpreter can be acquired. 

Pre-purchase your parking spot at a variety of parking  garages near CFG Bank Arena. Visit our Parking page for more information. There are handicap accessible spots on levels of the garage on a first-come, first-serve basis. 

Guests needing special assistance may drop off on the Hopkins Place side of the Arena in front of the main lobby.

All-Gender and Family Restrooms are available on all levels of the Arena. 

Trained service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are welcome at CFG Bank Arena. Service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times, unless special circumstances exist, and are required to rest in the seating area of the guest with the disability, rather than the aisle.

All other animals, pets, and wildlife are prohibited.

Guests who require additional assistance because of a limitation in mobility can request a wheelchair transport from the entry doors of the Arena to their seating location.
 
A Guest Services Representative will escort guests to their seat and arrange a pick-up time to escort them for their departure, if desired. This service is available on a first come, first served basis and may be requested from any team member at the entry doors. Please note that Arena wheelchairs cannot be left with guests during the event.
