Accessibility

CFG Bank Arena, is committed to accessibility, diversity, and inclusion. We are dedicated to making our products and services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We have made a commitment to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG levels A and AA) and we use the Accessible Rich Internet Applications (ARIA) specification. We are also firmly dedicated to complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Our goal is to permit customers to successfully gather information and conduct business throughout our website. CFG Bank Arena has taken steps and continues to devote resources to promote accessibility including engaging outside vendors for this purpose. Specific items we have addressed or are addressing include:

  • Initial and ongoing accessibility training for staff
  • Use of headings, lists, paragraphs, and other formatting features on www.CFGBankArena.com so guests can more easily use the site
  • Alternative text for appropriate images and non-text visual elements
  • Pages, sites, and apps with a consistent structure to ease navigation
  • When choosing colors and site design, we consider contrast to promote the accessibility of images and text
  • Designating responsibility for ensuring and promoting the accessibility of our website and other technology.

CFG Bank Arena offers wheelchair accessible and low mobility seating on each level of the venue at comparable prices and sight-lines.

Tickets for accessible seating should be purchased directly through www.ticketmaster.com by selecting the accessibility tab under the “filters” option for your preferred event.

For questions regarding Accessible Seating email: adaseating@cfgbankarena.com

You cannot exchange your ticket in advance. When you arrive to the Arena, you may go to the Box Office and request to be relocated to ADA seating. Standard policy is one (1) handicap seat plus one (1) guest. This opportunity depends on availability of the seat

Assisted Listening Devices are available at Guest Services. Patrons will have to leave their driver’s license or government issued id in exchange for the listening device. Assistive Listening Devices are available and complimentary to guests for all Arena events. Headsets and receivers can be checked out at the Guest Services Desk.

Guests may request an American Sign Language interpreter by contacting the Guest Services Department at adaseating@cfgbankarena.com

We request that guests provide advance notice at least one (1) month advance of show date to schedule an ASL Interpreter. Requests made with less notice unfortunately do not guarantee an interpreter can be acquired.

Trained service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are welcome at CFG Bank Arena. Service animals must always remain on a leash or in a harness, unless special circumstances exist, and are required to rest in the seating area of the guest with the disability, rather than the aisle.

Guests who require additional assistance because of a limitation in mobility can request the use of a wheelchair to help with transport from the entry doors to their seating location. We have a limited number of wheelchairs available on a first-come, first-serve basis and request that they only be used for transport to/from seats to keep them available for other guests in need of assistance.

Concession stands and marketplaces are all accessible to guests with disabilities. Guests may request additional assistance at these locations from the nearest Arena team member.

CFG Bank Arena is proud to offer a wide variety of food and beverages throughout the venue, including gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options. Guests are not permitted to bring outside food or beverages into CFG Bank Arena.

CFG Bank Arena recognizes that some Guests may have specific/special dietary needs due to medical conditions or  religious requirements. Please contact Guest Services by emailing guestservices@cfgbankarena.com prior to their event for accommodations.

Guests needing special assistance may drop off on the Hopkins Place side of the venue in front of the main lobby.

Elevators are located in three corners of the Arena for our guests with disabilities. All Arena elevators offer access to the Suite and VIP Club Level from the Main Concourse.

The doors at Hopkins Plaza and North Baltimore street are accessible to our guests with disabilities.
