1st Floor: Employee Entrance and outside Fearless Club North Door.
2nd Floor: Outside Center Club in concourse and 2nd Floor west garage entrance (near ADA Section 101)
3rd Floor: Section 107 concourse and Section 118 concourse
4th Floor: Section 213 concourse and Section 201 concourse
5th Floor: East side Party Suites and West side party suites
For most events and concerts everyone attending needs a ticket. For certain shows, children under twenty-four months do not require a ticket to be admitted, however, they must sit on an adult’s lap and may not occupy a seat (one child per lap). Any child who has reached their second birthday will require a ticket to enter the arena and must occupy their ticketed seat. Please note that some shows (especially those intended for children) may have a different age policy. Any events varying from our age policy will be clearly indicated on the event listing and ticketing pages.

Maximum of two alcohol sales per person per transaction. Alcohol sales typically end 30 minutes before the event is scheduled to end. No alcohol is permitted in CFG Bank Arena from the outside.
*Must be 21+ to purchase alcohol.
All-Gender and Family Restrooms are available on all levels of the Arena.
Trained service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are welcome at CFG Bank Arena. Service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times, unless special circumstances exist, and are required to rest in the seating area of the guest with the disability, rather than the aisle.
All other animals, pets, and wildlife are prohibited.
Assistive Listening Devices are available and complimentary to guests for all Arena events. Headsets and receivers are available to check out at the Guest Services booth at Section 108.
For the health and safety of all guests, and to expedite the entry process, CFG Bank Arena requests that guests do not bring a bag to the Arena.
If necessary, guests are permitted to bring a bag that fits within the following specifications:
A CLEAR BAG POLICY is in effect to enhance existing security measures and expedite venue entry at CFG Bank Arena.
Approved bags include:
- Clear bags that measure no larger than 14″ x 6″ x14″ are permitted.
- Small clutches/purses/wallets are permitted provided they do not exceed 4.5” x 6.5” and do not have to be clear.
- Medical bags will be permitted and must be screened before entry.
Prohibited bags include:
Any and all bags that do not meet the criteria above including items such as grocery totes, mesh or straw bags, backpacks, duffle bags, diaper bags*, camera cases, and any other bags that the Arena staff deem to not meet the clear bag policy.
*Items normally carried in a diaper bag must be placed into a clear plastic bag for entry.

Recording equipment (aside from smartphones and hand-held point-and-shoot cameras with a lens not exceeding 3 inches or a detachable lens) – for audio, image, or video recording purposes are prohibited except for those who have specifically been granted access in advance by Arena Management and who possess appropriate credentials.
Please note that for some concerts and special events, camera restrictions will vary, and may not be permitted for entry.
Camping is prohibited.
In the event that a show cancels, refunds are typically processed 30 days after the show is canceled from your original point of purchase.

CFG Bank Arena is a cashless facility. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit cards are accepted.

Baby changing tables can be found in the majority of our men’s, women’s, and family restrooms.
For the enjoyment and safety of all, the following behavior is prohibited:
Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures towards other patrons, staff or working personnel
Intoxication or signs of impairment related to substance consumption
Fighting, taunting, or threatening remarks or gestures
Sitting in a location other than the guest’s ticketed seat
Obscene or indecent messages or signs on clothing
Any disruption to the progress of the event by the guest’s actions
Throwing of any objects on the stage or in the seating bowl
Failing to follow the instructions of Arena personnel or law enforcement personnel
Interfering with others’ enjoyment of the event/performance
Any violation will result in being evicted from the building with no ticket refund
By entering CFG Bank Arena, you consent to your image and likeness being captured and used by Baltimore Arena Company LLC, and their respective partners and affiliates. Warning: Events may include the use of strobe lighting, haze, lasers and pyrotechnics.

CFG Bank Arena strives to create a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests attending our events. For any emergency at CFG Bank Arena, including medical emergencies, notify the nearest usher or security guard.
In the event of an emergency, listen for instructions from the public address announcer; arena ushers and law enforcement will direct you to the closest safe exit. Assist other patrons who may need your assistance.
You can enter CFG Bank Arena via entrances on all sides of the building.

- Garage 2nd Level, East and West – Premium ticket holders ONLY

All entry ways with the exception of Howard Street are accessible to our guests with disabilities.
Escalators are located inside the Hopkins Plaza, Baltimore Street, and Howard Street entrances.
The Arena medic station is located on the first level east side of the building, next to the security command center. This station is staffed by emergency medical technicians from the City of Baltimore. If you are in need of medical attention, please notify the nearest usher or security guard. Arena staff are trained to call for immediate response and assistance in emergency situations.
A Guest Service booth is located on the 3rd floor at Section 108.

CFG Bank Arena works directly with local authorities and AccuWeather to monitor and adapt to ever-changing weather conditions. In the event of an inclement or severe weather situation, guests are directed to follow the guidance of Arena personnel to ensure everyone’s safety.
Guests may request an American Sign Language interpreter by contacting the Guest Services Department at adaseating@cfgbankarena.com
We request that guests provide advance notice at least fourteen (14) business days prior to the event date to schedule an ASL Interpreter. Requests made with less notice unfortunately do not guarantee an interpreter can be acquired.

Lost and found items should be taken to Guest Service at section 110. Fans inquiring about lost items should fill out this form or reach out to the Guest Services team via phone 410-347-2020 #5 the following business day after 10:00am to see if their item was turned in. CFG Bank Arena is not responsible for any items lost on Arena Property. Lost and Found will return your call only if your item has been recovered. If an item is found and turned in to a Guest Service Kiosk, the owner will have up to 30 days to coordinate picking-up the item.
Lost persons should be reported to the nearest staff member or Guest Services location, one located on the Main Concourse at Section 108.

CFG Bank Arena prohibits any person from using, possession, carrying, displaying, or distributing any of the following items on, at, or within the Arena, except as otherwise stated within this policy:
Alcohol, cigarettes, tobacco products, vaporizers, and drugs (including but not limited to marijuana and products containing THC)
Animals (unless a service animal as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act – ADA – and in accordance with Service Animal Policy)
Artificial noisemaking devices of any kind including but not limited to whistles, air horns, or plastic horns such as vuvuzelas
Bags, packs, and luggage that are not in compliance with the Bag Policy
Banners, flags, flag poles, signs, or similar items
Bottles or cans of any kind, shape, or size, regardless of material and regardless of empty or full
Professional Cameras (see Camera / Video Policy)
Distracting and dangerous items such as frisbees, balloons, beach balls, inflatables, laser pointers, light sticks flashlights, or other projectiles
Drones (UAS-Unmanned Aircraft Systems) or other model aircraft
Explosives, including but not limited to explosive materials, fireworks, components, or parts
Hazardous items including but not limited to fuels, torches, lighter fluid, chemicals, paint thinners, batteries, or aerosols
Laptops and tablets, along with their accessories and similar devices, are prohibited except by working personnel, or performance personnel with a valid working purpose, or by media and broadcast personnel with appropriate Arena credentials
Outside Food and Beverage
Packages or parcels of any kind, regardless of packaging
Selfie Sticks or telescopic devices, including but not limited to tripods, bipods, monopods, camera poles, or similar devices
Sporting equipment including but not limited to basketballs, sticks, bats, or other sports equipment
Tobacco and/or smoking products, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaporizers, cigars, lighters, marijuana, smokeless tobacco, and any other product, item, or device related to the consumption of tobacco or THC.
Tools, razor blades, razor-type blades, box cutters, letter openers, or scissors
Umbrellas with pointed tips
Weapons, including but not limited to actual, toy, or replica:
1. Guns, firearms, firearm components/parts, ammunition and/or gun powder
2. Knives of any size, brass knuckles, black jacks, or kubatons
3. Martial arts weapons, night sticks, nunchucks, billy clubs, bats, stunguns/tasers, self-defense sprays, mace, pepper spray, sticks, or poles
Any other items deemed by Arena personnel to be inappropriate, dangerous, or challenging to public safety.
Replica, toy, or antique representations of any the above items are also prohibited.
CFG Bank Arena has a “no re-entry” policy during all events at CFG Bank Arena. Guests who exit the building during an event will not be admitted back into the event.
CFG Bank Arena Box Office and Ticketmaster are the only authorized ticket vendors for all events taking place at CFG Bank Arena. Tickets purchased from any other source may not be valid. CFG Bank Arena is not able to guarantee to be able to honor, replace or refund invalid tickets. If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized agent in the secondary market, you may run the risk of purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets.
The only authorized ticket resale service for CFG Bank Arena event tickets is Ticketmaster’s Ticket Exchange. Ticket Exchange is an online service that enables premium and fan-to-fan transactions. More information on Ticket Exchange.
Guests who use rideshare options to travel to and from CFG Bank Arena can have their rideshare drop-off and pick-up on south side of CFG Bank Arena on Lombard Street.

All fans attending CFG Bank Arena events must pass through metal detectors when entering the Arena.
Suspicious activity, disruptive patrons and guest-related problems should be reported to an usher or security personnel immediately. Uncooperative patrons showing disregard for other patrons, the Arena or working personnel may be ejected from the building. Intoxicated fans will not be allowed into the building. An ejected patron will not be allowed to return for the remainder of the event. Re-entry by an ejected patron is grounds for arrest.
You and your belongings may be searched upon entry into the building. By tendering your ticket and entering the building, you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that you might have against CFG Bank Arena. If you elect not to consent to a search, you will not be allowed into the building.
To report an incident in your seating area, notify the nearest usher or security guard. After the event, please email info@cfgbankarena.com with all event day-related questions or concerns.
CFG Bank Arena is a smoke-free venue. Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted in the Arena at any time.
Additionally, electronic smoking devices are not permitted to be used on premises.
The distribution of banners, booklets, business cards, circulars, commercial advertising, flyers, pamphlets, posters, stickers or any other written, printed and/or painted materials is prohibited on CFG Bank Arena property. This includes the solicitation for donations to charities, teams or clubs, and sale or peddling of any product/food/drink.
CFG Bank Arena does not announce or display birthday, anniversary or other personal messages on the public address system or scoreboard.
Every ticket has a seat or general admission assignment. Patrons with a reserved seat ticket should go to their seat location. General admission patrons should go to their appropriate areas.
Guests are encouraged to stand and cheer on the artist during exciting moments of the show. However, we ask that you are courteous to everyone around you and do not block the view of other guests. Standing on seats or in aisles is not permitted at any time.
Strollers are permitted in the Arena, however, they are not allowed inside the Arena bowl.

CFG Bank Arena is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

No weapons of any kind are permitted on CFG Bank Arena property except for uniformed law enforcement working under contract with CFG Bank Arena or who are acting within the lawful scope of their professional duties.
Guests who require additional assistance because of a limitation in mobility can request a wheelchair transport from the entry doors of the Arena to their seating location.
A Guest Services Representative will escort guests to their seat and arrange a pick-up time to escort them for their departure, if desired. This service is available on a first come, first served basis and may be requested from any team member at the entry doors. Please note that Arena wheelchairs cannot be left with guests during the event.
